Terms and Conditions
Welcome to this Swiftpanther Express Suriname Courier Affiliate Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") and the use of Ocean-Buy team services!
The index keywords listed in the front of the terms of service is only to help you understand the main idea expressed in the terms, does not affect or limit the meaning or interpretation of the terms of this agreement. In order to protect your own rights and interests, we recommend that you carefully read the specific expressions of the terms.
When you follow the registration page to fill in the information, read and agree to this Agreement and complete all registration procedures, that you have fully read, understand and accept the entire contents of this Agreement, and with Swiftpanther Express Suriname agreed to become a "user" of Swiftpanther Express Suriname. In the process of reading this agreement, if you do not agree with this agreement or any of its provisions, you should immediately stop the registration process.
I. Definitions
Swiftpanther Express Suriname APP (SES): a platform that provides intermediary services to users and logistics and distribution demanders by means of information pushing, referred to as SES.
2, Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team users/users: that is, the "you" in this agreement, refers to the natural person who accepts the task of distribution services on the Swiftpanther Express Suriname APP (SES).
User Account: means the account information related to the SES rider that the user applies for registration on SES.
4. Delivery Service Tasks: the demand for logistics and delivery services issued by the demander of delivery services on platforms including but not limited to Ocean-Buy.
5. Delivery Order: Ocean-Buy team pushes the delivery service task to the SES Logistics APP page to form a separate delivery order, which shows the entire offer information (including but not limited to merchant information, delivery goods, delivery address, consignee information and delivery cost, etc.), and once the user commits to the delivery order by clicking or confirming, it is regarded as a delivery contract between the publisher of the logistics and distribution demand and the user. Once the user commits to the delivery order by clicking or confirming, it will be regarded as the distribution contract between the logistics and distribution demand publisher and the user comes into effect, and the user has to fulfil the contractual obligations in accordance with the management requirements of logistics and distribution demand publisher.
Scope of Agreement
1、Contracting subject
Equal Subjects] This agreement is jointly concluded by you and the operator of the platform of Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics Team, and this agreement has contractual effect on both you and the Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics Team.
Subject Information] The operator of the platform of Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics Team refers to the legal entities operating the platform of Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics Team. You can check the licence information displayed at the bottom of the homepage of the platform of Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics Team at any time in order to determine the main body of the platform of Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics Team that will perform the contract with you. Under this Agreement, the operator of the Swiftpanther Express Suriname platform may change according to the business adjustment of the Jaguar Logistics Team platform, and the changed operator of the Swiftpanther Express Suriname platform will work with you to fulfil this Agreement and provide services to you, and the change of the operator of the Swiftpanther Express Suriname platform will not affect your rights and interests under this Agreement. The operator of the Swiftpanther Express Suriname platform may also be added due to the provision of new Swiftpanther Express Suriname platform services. If you use the newly added Swiftpanther Express Suriname platform services, you are deemed to agree that the newly added Swiftpanther Express Suriname platform operator will perform this Agreement with you. In the event of a dispute, you may determine the subject of performance with you and the disputing party according to the specific services you use and the specific behavioural object that affects your rights and interests.
2、Supplementary Agreement
Due to the rapid development of the Internet, you and Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team signed the terms of this agreement can not be a complete list and cover all the rights and obligations of you and Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team, the existing agreement can not guarantee that it fully meets the needs of future development. Therefore, the Ocean-Buy Team Legal Notice and Privacy Policy, Ocean-Buy Team Rules are supplemental to this Agreement and are inseparable from and have the same legal effect as this Agreement. If you use Swiftpanther Express Suriname team services, you are deemed to agree to the above supplementary agreement.
Account registration and use
1、User Eligibility
You confirm that before you start the registration process to use the Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team services, you should have the Surinamese law with your behaviour appropriate civil capacity. If you do not have the aforementioned civil capacity appropriate to your behaviour, you and your guardian shall bear all the consequences arising therefrom in accordance with the law.
Due to the special nature of the logistics and distribution services, the safety requirements are higher, you confirm that you meet the relevant requirements for the provision of logistics and distribution services, including but not limited to: (1) no criminal record (2) a real and effective health certificate (3) the actual service provider for the user himself (based on the article Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team from time to time require you to carry out the brush-face authentication), if Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team finds that you are not in line with the above requirements or the requirements of the rules of the Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team, then the Jaguar logistics team shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the foregoing. If the Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics Team finds that you do not meet the requirements of the foregoing requirements or the Jaguar Logistics Team Rules, the Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics Team reserves the right to take relevant measures in accordance with the Jaguar Logistics Team Rules.
In addition, you also need to ensure that you are not any country, international organisation or geographical implementation of trade restrictions, sanctions or other laws, rules and restrictions on the object, otherwise you may not be able to normal registration and use of Swiftpanther Express Suriname services.
2、Account Description
When you fill in the information in accordance with the registration page prompts, read and agree to this Agreement and complete all the registration process, you can get the Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team account and become a user of the Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team.
You are entitled to use the Swiftpanther Express Suriname member name and mobile phone number (hereinafter referred to as the "Account Name") that you have set up or confirmed, as well as the password/mobile phone authentication code that you have set up (collectively referred to as the "Account Name" and the password as the "Account") to log in to SES.
Your Swiftpanther Express Suriname Account is for your personal use only as it relates to your personal information and the business information of Swiftpanther Express Suriname. Any direct or indirect authorisation by you to a third party to use your Swiftpanther Express Suriname account or to access information on your account without the consent of Swiftpanther Express Suriname is void. If Swiftpanther Express Suriname determines that the use of your Jaguar Logistics Team account may jeopardise the security of your account and/or the security of Jaguar Logistics Team's information in accordance with the procedures and criteria for determining breach of contract agreed to in the rules of the Jaguar Logistics Team, Swiftpanther Express Suriname may refuse to provide the relevant services or terminate this Agreement.
As a user of the Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics Team, in order to enable you to better use the services of the Jaguar Logistics Team, to protect the security of your account, the Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics Team may require you to complete the real-name authentication in accordance with the provisions of the law.
3、Registration Information Management
[Real information] in the use of Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team services, you should be accurate and complete according to the prompts of the Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team page to provide your information (including your name, contact phone number, ID card, health card, bank card information, etc.) in order to facilitate the Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team or other users to contact you. You understand and agree that you have the obligation to maintain the authenticity and validity of the information you provide.
The Swiftpanther Express Suriname member name / merchant name you set shall not violate national laws and regulations on the management of the member name, otherwise the Swiftpanther Express Suriname team may recall your Swiftpanther Express Suriname member name / merchant name. Swiftpanther Express Suriname member name / merchant name recovery does not affect your mobile phone number to log in to the Jaguar Logistics team and use the Jaguar Logistics team services.
4、Update Maintenance
You should update the information you provide in a timely manner, in the law there are clear provisions requiring Jaguar Logistics team as a platform service provider must verify some of the user's information, Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team will be in accordance with the law from time to time to check and verify your information, you should co-operate with the provision of up-to-date, true, complete and effective information.
If the Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics team fails to contact you according to the information you last provided, you do not provide information in a timely manner as requested by the Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics team, the information you provide is obviously inaccurate, or the administrative and judicial authorities verify that the information you provide is invalid, you will bear all the losses and unfavourable consequences caused by this to yourself, others and the Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics team. Swiftpanther Express Suriname may issue a notice of enquiry or request for rectification to you, and require you to re-certification, until the suspension or termination of the provision of some or all of the Jaguar Logistics team services to you, the Swiftpanther Express Suriname will not be responsible for this.
5、Account security norms
Your account is set up and kept by you, and Swiftpanther Express Suriname will not ask you to provide your account password/mobile phone authentication code at any time. We therefore recommend that you keep your account secure and ensure that you log out at the end of each session and leave SES in the correct order.
The Swiftpanther Express Suriname team is not responsible for the losses and consequences of your account due to your active disclosure or due to your being attacked or defrauded by others, and you should recover the losses from the infringer through judicial, administrative and other remedies.
Account Behaviour Responsibility] In addition to the Swiftpanther Express Suriname team's fault, you should be responsible for the results of all the actions under your account (including but not limited to signing all kinds of agreements online, publishing information, purchasing goods or services and disclosure of information, etc.).
You are advised to notify the Swiftpanther Express Suriname team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account to log into SES or any other circumstances that may lead to the theft or loss of your account. You understand that it takes a reasonable time for Swiftpanther Express Suriname to act on any of your requests, and that the actions taken by Swiftpanther Express Suriname at your request may not be able to avoid or prevent the formation or expansion of the consequences of the infringement, and that Swiftpanther Express Suriname will not be held liable for any actions taken by Swiftpanther Express Suriname at your request, except for those where Swiftpanther Express Suriname has been legally at fault.
IV. Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics Team Services and Specifications
[Service Overview] You have the right to enjoy services on SES such as publishing information on team tasks and matters, and dealing with transaction disputes. Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team to provide a wide range of services, you can log on to the Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team to browse.
Team Services] Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics Team provides intermediary services to users and logistics and distribution needs through the way of information pushing. At the same time for users and logistics and distribution needs to provide distribution information management, distribution information browsing and query, distribution transaction matching and processing, distribution order query and management, according to the logistics and distribution needs to provide the management of the specific requirements of the user's distribution (such as the image of the food packaging, delivery time, tableware to provide) and other Internet information services and online transaction processing services;
[Transaction Order Guarantee] When you accept the logistics distribution task in Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team, please be sure to carefully confirm the specific requirements of the task, and you promise that the confirmation of acceptance of the order means that you should be as promised complete fulfilment of the distribution service, confirmation of the completion of that means that you have been as promised complete fulfilment of the distribution service. The Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics team has the right to take the deduction of money, fines, terminate the qualification of the single to limit the user's performance of defective behaviour in accordance with the agreement and the rules of the Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics team.
[Transaction Dispute Handling Route] If you have a dispute with the distribution demander during the transaction process of Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics Team, either you or the distribution demander has the right to choose the following ways to solve the problem:
(a) Negotiate with the other party to the dispute;
(b) To the Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team complaints;
(iii) Request for mediation by the Consumer Association or other mediation organisations established by law;
(D) Complain to the relevant departments;
(E) According to the arbitration agreement reached with the other party in dispute (if any) to arbitration institutions;
(vi) To file a lawsuit with the court.
Complaints] If you use the complaint service of Swiftpanther Express Suriname in accordance with the rules of Swiftpanther Express Suriname, it means that you recognise and are willing to fulfil the complaint handling decisions made by the customer service of Swiftpanther Express Suriname as an independent third party in accordance with the facts of the dispute and in accordance with the rules of Swiftpanther Express Suriname, including the adjustment of the status of the transaction of the relevant order, and the payment of the disputed amount, in whole or in part, to the party or parties to the transaction etc.). ). Before the Swiftpanther Express Suriname team's complaint handling decision is made, you may choose to resolve the dispute by one of the above (c), (d), (e), (f) (hereinafter referred to as the "Other Dispute Handling Routes") in order to discontinue the Swiftpanther Express Suriname team's complaint handling service.
If you are not satisfied with the complaint handling, you still have the right to take other dispute handling channels to resolve the dispute, but before obtaining the final decision through other dispute handling channels, you should still fulfil the complaint handling decision first.
Special Note
You are aware that the Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team only provides information aggregation services, you and the Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team does not have any form of labour / employment relationship.
Swiftpanther Express Suriname may issue you with financial incentives based on the quality of your service or other outstanding performance, but such financial incentives are not part of the salary, and are not equivalent to recognition of the labour/employment relationship between you and Swiftpanther Express Suriname.
Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team contains a third party to provide you with services, you should be careful to read the relevant notes / terms, if you enjoy the third-party services in the process of third-party negligence caused by your loss, the corresponding responsibility are borne by the third-party service provider.
V. Protection and authorisation of user information
1、Protection of personal information
Swiftpanther Express Suriname attaches great importance to the protection of users' personal information (i.e., information that can identify the user independently or in combination with other information). When you use the services provided by Swiftpanther Express Suriname, you agree that Swiftpanther Express Suriname collects, stores, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy published on Swiftpanther Express Suriname. Swiftpanther Express Suriname wants the Privacy Policy to give you a clear picture of how Swiftpanther Express Suriname handles your personal information, so Swiftpanther Express Suriname recommends that you read the Privacy Policy in its entirety to help you better protect your privacy.
2、Warranty and authorisation of non-personal information
[Release of information] You declare and guarantee that you have the corresponding, legitimate rights to the information you release. Otherwise, the Swiftpanther Express Suriname team may delete or block the information you release in accordance with the law or in accordance with this agreement.
Prohibited information] You should ensure that the information you publish does not contain the following content:
(1) Violation of national laws and regulations prohibited;
(2) Political propaganda, feudal superstition, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terrorism or abetting a crime;
(3) Fraudulent, false, inaccurate or misleading;
(4) Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others or involving trade secrets and other proprietary rights of third parties;
(5) Insulting, defaming, intimidating, involving other people's privacy, or infringing on other people's legitimate rights and interests;
(6) The existence of viruses, Trojan horses, crawlers and other malicious software and programme code that may damage, tamper with, delete, affect the normal operation of any system of Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics Team or secretly obtain data and personal information of Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics Team and other users without authorisation;
(7) Other contrary to the public interest or public morals or according to the provisions of the relevant Jaguar Logistics team agreements, rules and regulations are not suitable for release on the Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team.
For non-personal information such as text, images, video, audio, etc. that you provide, post and use on Swiftpanther Express Suriname's services, in addition to personal information, you grant Jaguar Logistics and its affiliates the right to obtain a worldwide exclusive licence to use and re-authorise to other third parties, and the right to take evidence and bring legal action against third parties for infringement of rights, in your name, for a period of time, free of charge, as provided for by the law. You agree that the Jaguar Logistics Team and its affiliates may use and sublicense the Licence at no charge. You consent to the Swiftpanther Express Suriname team and its affiliates storing, using, copying, revising, editing, publishing, displaying, translating, distributing or creating derivative works of your non-personal information and incorporating it into other works in any form, media or technology now known or later developed.
VI. Default and handling of users
1、Default Determination
If one of the following situations occurs, you are considered to be in breach of contract:
(1) Violation of relevant laws and regulations when using the services of Swiftpanther Express Suriname team;
(2) Violation of this Agreement or the supplemental agreement (i.e., paragraph 2 of Article 2 of this Agreement).
In order to adapt to the development of e-commerce and to meet the demand for efficient and high-quality services to a large number of users, you understand and agree that the Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team may agree in the rules of the Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team to determine the procedures and criteria for breach of contract. For example: Swiftpanther Express Suriname team can be based on your user data and the relationship between the massive user data to determine whether you constitute a breach of contract; you are obliged to your data anomalies for full proof and reasonable explanation, otherwise it will be recognised as a breach of contract.
2、Default processing measures
Information Processing] If the information you publish on SES constitutes a breach of contract, Swiftpanther Express Suriname team can immediately delete or block the corresponding information or block the team's demand for your publication according to the corresponding rules.
Behavioural Restrictions] If your behaviour on SES, or behaviour that is not on SES but affects the Swiftpanther Express Suriname team and its users, constitutes a breach of contract, the Swiftpanther Express Suriname team may, in accordance with the relevant rules, blacken your account, restrict your participation in marketing activities, suspend the provision of some or all of the services to you, and deduct the default payment and other processing measures. If your behaviour constitutes a fundamental breach of contract, the Swiftpanther Express Suriname team may seize your account and terminate the provision of services to you.
The Swiftpanther Express Suriname team may make public the information of the processing measures for the above violations of your behaviour as well as other illegal information confirmed by the effective legal documents of the state administrative or judicial authorities on the company's official website.
3、Liability
If your behaviour makes Swiftpanther Express Suriname team and / or its affiliates, distribution needs to suffer losses (including their own direct economic losses, loss of goodwill and external payment of compensation, settlement, legal fees, litigation costs and other indirect economic losses), you should be compensated for Ocean-Buy team and/or its affiliates of all the above losses.
If your behaviour makes Swiftpanther Express Suriname team and/or its affiliates and distribution demanders suffer from a third party claiming rights, Ocean-Buy team and/or its affiliates and distribution demanders may recover all losses from you after assuming the obligation to pay money to the third party.
4、Special Agreement
Commercial Bribery] If you provide the Swiftpanther Express Suriname team and/or its affiliates' employees or consultants with benefits in kind, cash, cash equivalents, labour, travel and other benefits whose value clearly exceeds the scope of normal business negotiations, you may be deemed to have committed commercial bribery. If the above situation occurs, Swiftpanther Express Suriname team can immediately terminate all cooperation with you and charge you liquidated damages and/or compensation, the amount of which will be calculated on the basis of the economic loss and goodwill loss suffered by Ocean-Buy team due to your bribery behaviour.
[Affiliated Processing] If you terminate this Agreement due to serious breach of contract by the Swiftpanther Express Suriname team, for the purpose of maintaining the order of the platform and protecting the rights and interests of consumers, the Swiftpanther Express Suriname team and/or its affiliates may suspend or even terminate the agreement for the co-operation with you under the other agreements and notify you of the termination in the manner as stipulated in Article 8 of this Agreement.
VII. Changes to the Agreement
Swiftpanther Express Suriname may amend this Agreement and the Supplemental Agreement from time to time in accordance with the changes in national laws and regulations and the need to maintain the order of transactions and protect the rights and interests of consumers, and the amended Agreement and the Supplemental Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Changes") will be notified to you through the statutory procedures and in the manner as agreed in Article 8 of this Agreement.
If you do not agree with the Changes, you have the right to contact the Swiftpanther Express Suriname team for feedback prior to the effective date of the Changes. If the feedback is accepted, the Swiftpanther Express Suriname team will adjust the changes as appropriate.
If you still do not agree with the changes that have come into effect, you should stop using the Swiftpanther Express Suriname services on the effective date of the changes that have come into effect, and the changes will not have any effect on you; if you continue to use the services of the Swiftpanther Express Suriname team after the changes have come into effect, you are deemed to have agreed to the changes that have come into effect.
VIII. Notification
1、Effective contact information
You register as a user of the Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team, and accept the services of the Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team, you should provide real and effective contact information to the Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team (including your contact phone number, etc.), for changes in contact information, you are obliged to update the information in a timely manner, and to maintain the status of being contacted.
Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team when you register users generated for logging into the SES to receive messages "system messages", "announcements" as your valid contact information.
Swiftpanther Express Suriname team will be one of the above contact information or one or more of them to send you various types of notices, and the content of such notices may have a significant beneficial or adverse impact on your rights and obligations, please be sure to pay attention to it in a timely manner.
You have the right to obtain commercial information such as advertisements, promotions and offers of the products you are interested in through the mobile phone number you fill in when registering; if you do not wish to receive such information, you have the right to unsubscribe through the corresponding unsubscribe function provided by the Swiftpanther Express Suriname team.
2、Delivery of notices
Swiftpanther Express Suriname will notify you through the above mentioned contact methods, in which the written notice sent by electronic means, including but not limited to mobile phone text messages sent to the contact number provided by you, the system of the Swiftpanther Express Suriname system push system information or in the Swiftpanther Express Suriname team announcements, in the sending of the successful delivery shall be deemed to have been served; the written notice sent by paper carrier, in accordance with the contact address provided by the postal address of the fifth natural day shall be deemed to have been served. The written notice sent by paper carrier shall be deemed to be served on the fifth natural day after it is sent by post at the contact address provided.
For any disputes arising from trading activities on SES, you agree that the judicial authorities (including but not limited to the court) may serve you with legal documents (including but not limited to litigation documents) through modern means of communication such as mobile phone text messaging or by post. The mobile phone number and other contact information you specify to receive legal documents is the mobile phone number you provide when you register and update your Swiftpanther Express Suriname team, and legal documents sent by the judicial authorities to the above contact information shall be deemed to be served. The mailing address you specify is your legal contact address or a valid contact address provided by you.
You agree that the judicial organ may take one or more of the above methods of service to serve legal documents on you, and the time of service shall be determined by the first of the above methods of service when the judicial organ takes multiple methods of service to serve legal documents on you.
You agree that the above methods of service shall apply to all stages of the judicial proceedings.
You should ensure that the contact information provided is accurate, valid and updated in real time. If the legal documents cannot be served or are not served in time due to the inaccurate contact information provided, or if you do not inform the changed contact information in time, you shall bear the legal consequences that may arise from it.
IX. Termination of the Agreement
1、Termination
[Termination initiated by the user] You have the right to terminate this agreement in any of the following ways:
(1) In order to meet the account cancellation conditions announced by the Swiftpanther Express Suriname team when you cancel your account through self-service;
(2) If you stop using the service and expressly do not want to accept the changes before the changes take effect;
(3) You expressly do not wish to continue to use the services of the Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics Team and meet the termination conditions of the Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics Team.
Termination initiated by Swiftpanther Express Suriname] Swiftpanther Express Suriname may notify you of the termination of this Agreement in the manner set out in Article 8 of this Agreement in the event of any of the following circumstances:
(1) You violate the agreement, Swiftpanther Express Suriname terminates this agreement based on the terms of the breach of contract;
(2) If you have stolen another person's account, released prohibited information, cheated other people's property, disturbed the market order, or taken improper means to make profits, etc., Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics Team will seize your account according to the rules of Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics Team;
(3) In addition to the above, because you have repeatedly violated the relevant provisions of the rules of the Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics Team and the circumstances are serious, the Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics Team in accordance with the rules of the Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics Team to seize your account;
(4) Other cases should be terminated.
2, the agreement after the termination of the processing
User Information Disclosure] After the termination of this agreement, in addition to the explicit provisions of the law, Swiftpanther Express Suriname logistics team is not obliged to disclose any information in your account to you or a third party designated by you.
[Rights of Swiftpanther Express Suriname] After the termination of this agreement, Swiftpanther Express Suriname still enjoys the following rights:
(1) To continue to store the information you have left with Swiftpanther Express Suriname as listed in Article 5 of this Agreement;
(2) For your past breach of contract, Swiftpanther Express Suriname can still be held liable for breach of contract in accordance with this Agreement.
After the termination of this Agreement, for the transaction orders generated during the survival of this Agreement, Swiftpanther Express Suriname may notify the counterparty and decide whether to close the transaction orders according to the counterparty's wishes; if the counterparty requests to continue to perform, you should continue to perform the agreement and the transaction orders on the transaction orders, and bear any loss or increase in any costs arising from it. X. Application of Law, Jurisdiction and Others
X. Application of Law, Jurisdiction and Others
The formation, entry into force, interpretation, amendment, supplementation, termination, enforcement and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Suriname; in the absence of such provisions, reference shall be made to commercial and/or industrial practices.
Jurisdiction] Disputes arising from your use of the services of the Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics Team and those related to the services of the Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics Team shall be resolved through negotiation between the Swiftpanther Express Suriname Logistics Team and you. In the event of failure of negotiation, either party may bring an action in a court of competent jurisdiction in the place where the defendant is located.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed to be severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall have the same legal effect in the Chinese version and the English version. In case of different legal interpretations due to grammatical or other reasons, the legal interpretation of the Chinese version shall prevail, and it is hereby declared.
